Restorative Meditation & Nervous System Regulation
Thursday, April 16 | 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Living with Parkinson’s can create both physical tension and mental strain. This restorative session focuses on calming the nervous system through guided breathwork, meditation, and slow intentional movement.
By regulating stress responses, we support clearer thinking, smoother movement, improved emotional steadiness, and greater resilience.
This class is especially supportive for stress, anxiety, frustration, and coping fatigue — for both individuals and caregivers.
