What to expect?

Every visit is personalized to your needs.

The first appointment generally takes about 60 minutes. This allows time for a thorough medical intake, and also for you to ask any questions you might have.

Follow-ups are about 40- 50 minutes.

The intake will include an examination of your tongue, pulse, and abdomen.

Treatments are personalized and tailored for you. They may include acupuncture, moxa, microcurrent, LED light therapy, and massage depending on your individual needs.

I may prescribe an herbal formula, supplements, or appropriate nutritional and lifestyle recommendations including movement and visualization meditations.

I take great care to explain what I am doing, and nothing should hurt or be uncomfortable. In fact, I hear from patients all the time that they love coming for treatment simply because it is so relaxing.

What are your payment options?

We accept cash or credit card payment on the day of treatment.

Are there any forms to fill out?
