QiCore® Improvement is a gentle yet powerful movement practice designed to improve spinal mobility, strengthen the core, support the nervous system, and enhance overall vitality.
Rooted in the principles of Zhineng Qigong and developed by Master Yuantong Liu, this practice focuses on the spine as the central axis of posture, movement, balance, and energy flow. Through mindful movement, breath awareness, and relaxation, participants develop greater strength, flexibility, stability, and ease throughout the body.
