Each one-hour session blends education, movement, and mindfulness to support prevention, vitality, and emotional balance.

Qi Squat – A grounding movement that realigns the spine, enhances circulation, and activates the lymphatic system for detoxification and energy flow.
Body Tapping – A gentle rhythmic technique along the body’s meridians to release stagnation, awaken vitality, and support immune and emotional balance.
Meditation to Balance the Emotions – A calming practice to center the mind, open the heart, and cultivate peace from within.
All movements help open energy pathways, release stress, and restore inner harmony.
