Microcurrent

A tailored Microcurrent treatment is effective for renewing the face as well as the whole body. It is a safe, low-level current that penetrates through the cell membrane of the skin. Facial eastern and western points are utilized to stimulate ATP production, detoxification through lymph flow and releases tension throughout the body. Microneedling

One of the new techniques of facial acupuncture is microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy. It is a cosmetic procedure that uses a mechanical device with tiny, shallow needles, which causes a ‘micro-injury’ that prompts the skin to stimulate collagen production.

    • After care instructions and product will be provided

  • Immediately following microneedling, the skin will be red and flushed, similar to a sunburn. You may experience some swelling, bruising or discolorations while the skin heals, lasting for one to several days. Dryness and scaling could last longer due to increased cell turnover. Allow the old skin to flake off naturally and keep moisturized.

  • Microneedling is an extremely safe and effective cosmetic procedure. However, as with all treatments, it’s essential to take special care of your skin before and after the procedure for fast recovery and best results. Minimal pinpoint bleeding can occur during the procedure.

    There is a risk of infection so it's essential to follow proper aftercare protocols to ensure skin is kept clean and reduce the risk of infection or other complications.

  • 3-4 sessions are typically needed, spaced out 4-6 weeks apart. In some cases, 6-8 sessions may be needed.
