True breast wellness begins with balance — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Through years in both Western medicine and Eastern healing, I’ve come to understand that caring for the breasts means caring for the entire ecosystem of the body.
Western insight helps us recognize early detection and prevention through mammograms, imaging, and clinical exams. Yet true prevention also involves nurturing the body’s natural ability to heal, detoxify, and flow freely.
As a practitioner of Zhineng Qi Gong and acupuncture, I guide clients to connect with their bodies through gentle movement, energy work, and meditation practices that calm the mind and support the free flow of Qi and lymphatic energy. These simple yet profound methods — such as the Qi Squat, body tapping, and emotional-balancing meditations — restore vitality while easing tension and stagnation that often build around the chest and heart.
I’ve also supported many clients undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer, helping them find relief from side effects while rebuilding strength and emotional resilience. This integrative approach honors both medical treatment and natural self-healing — bridging the science of medicine with the subtle intelligence of the body’s own energy systems.
From my background in radiologic technology, sonography, and acupuncture, I’ve seen both the structural and energetic side of breast health. Stagnation — whether from stress, toxins, or unexpressed emotions — can disrupt the natural flow of blood and energy. When movement, intention, and awareness are reintroduced, the body begins to find harmony again.

In Eastern medicine, breast health is seen as a reflection of balance and harmony between the body, mind, and spirit. When Qi (energy) flows freely through the meridians, the body functions optimally and emotions remain fluid.

💠 From My Experience
Before founding Tiffany Scruggs Wellness, I spent nearly 20 years working in Western medicine — beginning as a lab assistant and later as a radiologic technologist specializing in breast imaging and biopsies, followed by 15 years as a diagnostic medical sonographer. During this time, I performed countless ultrasounds on breast tissue, witnessing firsthand how inflammation, hormonal changes, and emotional stress manifest within the body.
Through the lens of Eastern philosophy, I’ve come to understand that the breast area is an energetic intersection — a place where several meridians travel through and around, connecting to the liver, stomach, heart, and pericardium. When stress, fear, or emotional holding patterns build up, these pathways can stagnate, affecting both Qi and blood circulation.
By combining my Western clinical experience with Eastern healing traditions, I help clients restore energy flow, balance hormones naturally, and reconnect with a deep sense of wholeness — not only for breast wellness, but for the health of the entire body.
🌿 Nourishment, Detox, and Hormone Balance
Nutrition and supplementation play an equally essential role. Foods rich in fiber, antioxidants, and healthy fats support detoxification and hormone balance, while key nutrients such as vitamin D (with K), omega-3s, and methylated B-vitamins nourish the body’s cellular and immune systems. Supporting liver and lymphatic function through daily habits, hydration, and whole foods helps the body release what it no longer needs — physically and emotionally.

Daily Lymphatic & Energy Flow
One of my favorite self-care rituals is the Seven Nodal Activation Massage — a gentle lymphatic technique using Ayuna Micellar Oil or any natural oil or lotion. This practice helps release stagnation, improve circulation, and connect mind and body through intentional touch.
